Brendan's sales ability and knowledge was excellent. I found him very approachable and understanding. Went out of his way to suit in with my time schedule, answered questions honestly and if did not know something, he was prompt in finding out and responding to me by phone calls. Would not hesitate to use his business for future sales or purchases or recommend him to others. He has excellent customer skills.
